In a large bowl, put the chicken and 2 red chilies seeded and finely chopped, 2 carrots peeled and cut into matchsticks, 1/2 large head cabbage shredded finely, 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, and 1 cup fresh mint leaves, add the dressing, mix well and enjoy!
Select the option Sauté in the instant pot, add 1/2 tbsp canola oil and 1 Pound of flank steak previously seasoned with black pepper, add salt and black pepper and cool for about 5 minutes. Take the beef to a bowl. Put 2 garlic cloves minced in the pot and cook for 1 minute, then add the beef, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Secure lid and cook in manual mode with high pressure for about 12 minutes. Press cancel and carefully place the beef on a plate. For the dressing, put 2 garlic cloves crushed, 2 red chilies seeded and sliced finely, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of soft brown sugar in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves. In a bowl place the beef and 6 cups lettuce shredded, 2 cups carrots peeled and shredded, 1 large tomato cubed, 1 cucumber peeled and sliced thinly, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped, and 1/2 cup fresh mint chopped, mix well together with the dressing. it is ready to serve.
Season 2 pounds of beef chuck roast with salt and black pepper. Select the option Sauté in your instant pot and put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and beef. Sauté for 4 minutes on each side. Add 2 bunches of rosemary, 4 garlic minced and 2 tablespoons soy sauce and sauté for 1 more minute. Add 1 cup of beef broth and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once done, wait for natural pressure release and enjoy it.
Mix for the omelet: put 5 eggs, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and beat until everything is integrated. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the instant pot using the option Sauté. Press Cancel and add the omelet mix to the pot. Secure the lid and cook on the steam mode for 5 minutes. Carefully serve the omelet on a plate. In a separate container, mix 1/3 cup cooked chicken shredded, 1/3 cup mung bean sprouts, 1/4 cup fresh herbs (mint, basil, and cilantro leaves), chopped finely and 1 scallion chopped finely, and then put them on the top of the omelet and it will be ready to eat.
Put in an Instant Pot 4 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, cover the pot and cook in the sauté option, set the timer in 3 minutes on High Pressure. Let the pressure release naturally and serve the chocolate in mugs, decorate with marshmallows and enjoy immediately.
